Job Description
- Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule
- Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
- Effectively organizes resources and activities to deal with short-term concerns.
- Schedule shifts according to production needs.
- Releasing/Closing MO/Wo, as per production forecast.
- Plan production control activities to improve uptime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery cost-effectiveness.
- Work with SCM department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level
- Perform inventory management.
- Look for ways to reduce downtimetroubleshoot and problem solves equipment issues. Troubleshoot materials and processing issues. Improvement for OEE overall, machine wise, employee wise.
- Monitor inventory levels of FG and Raw material and making adjustments to reduce slow moving and obsolete inventory

- Complete planning of Production based on sales and customer delivery dates.
- Collating forecasts and proposing an optimal procurement plan for the month.
- Work with QA and Production departments for material reconciliation.
- Uses analysis of historical data and current trends to make meaningful projections and forecasts
- Prepare monthly MIS report.
- Implement and follow regular preventive maintenance procedures for all machines.
- Provide supervisors and technicianswith the information necessary to raise their technical and administrative competence.
- As per Annual Die PM plan to be carried out & record for same.
- Leading all operation related activity and closure concern within define time line.
- Checking BOM and order as per material grade.
- Taking charge of outsourced activity for manufacturing process.
**Skills required**:
- TPM or Lean Manufacturing Experience strongly preferred
- Well versed with Injection molding operations.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge about IATF & ISO Documents.
- Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently.

- Assist in tool changeovers under the guidance of supervisors or technicians.
