You will interact with relevant internal stakeholders and the crypto industry's leading companies, protocols and infrastructure providers.
The ideal candidate will be part of high-impact conversations. From early ideation through to launch — across everything from custody, staking, coin selection, tokenization to payments, platform strategy, and more. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with a senior leader in innovation, gain exposure to C-level discussions, and make a tangible mark on how a Digital Asset Bank grows. Your AMINA To-Do List- Help shape and track innovation workstreams and product experiments.
- Build and manage documentation, timelines, and next-step trackers.
- Own follow-ups and ensure progress across different initiatives.
- Support in preparing internal and external decks, presentations, and briefs.
- Conduct research into digital asset trends, competitors, and new technologies.
- Coordinate across functions: Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales, Compliance, Operations and Engineering.
- Manage meeting cadences, summaries, and action items.
- Build structure around day-to-day priorities, blockers, and to-dos.
- Create feedback loops for internal and external stakeholders prior and post product launches.
- Calculate business cases and put together go-to market plans.
- 3–5 years of experience in a structured role (e.g., project coordination, business operations, product assistant, consulting, etc.)
- 1-3 years working with crypto-related topics (e.g. crypto/fintech startup, protocol, service provider).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Google Suite / Office365, Figma, Product Board, Trello.
- Ability to simply complex topics and workflows, representing them visually.
- Confident Ai prompt engineer.
- Exposure to working with remote/global teams is a big plus.
- BONUS: EVM/Rust coding experience, hackathon participation, obsessive over what's coming up on the horizon.
- Fluent in English, and comfortable working with international counterparts.
- Well-organized — you think in steps, checklists, and workflows.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across cultures and time zones.

The Manager, Innovation Strategy and Solutions Lead supports the framing, assessment, recommendation, and implementation of innovative strategies and solutions to bring efficiencies and automation to the clinical development process, under the direction of the Head, Analysis Standards & Innovation. **Key Responsibilities**

+ Partner with GBDS teams to propose, develop, and implement innovative solutions that streamline process execution across biometrics and the broader Global Drug Development organization.
+ Ensure scientific validity and technical correctness of tools and platforms supporting clinical trial processes, ensuring fitness for regulatory submission and operational use.
+ Promote solution governance by aligning development with internal policies, stakeholder workflows, and regulatory expectations, including those from FDA, PMDA, and other authorities.
+ Serve as a departmental expert in CDISC standards, contributing to innovation in standards implementation for protocol development, statistical analysis, and reporting.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, including support for the evaluation and integration of new technologies (e.g., automation tools, GenAI, metadata-driven workflows).
+ Take ownership of cross-functional innovation efforts, from concept development through to implementation, with a strong bias toward rapid prototyping and scaling viable solutions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Procurement) and external vendors to identify and prioritize new technical capabilities that advance GBDS' digital and data objectives.
+ Contribute to training, communications, and change management activities to promote adoption and user engagement for newly developed tools and platforms.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices across data science, analytics, clinical technology, and regulatory science, and apply this knowledge to optimize internal practices.
+ Actively participate in external organizations such as CDISC, PhUSE, and similar forums to exchange insights and maintain alignment with emerging regulatory requirements and industry innovations.
**Degree Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science or any other scientific field.
+ Master's degree preferred.
**Experience Requirements**
+ Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical industry.
