The Manager, Innovation Strategy and Solutions Lead supports the framing, assessment, recommendation, and implementation of innovative strategies and solutions to bring efficiencies and automation to the clinical development process, under the direction of the Head, Analysis Standards & Innovation. The incumbent will focus on modernizing processes and technology implementation with the ultimate goal of enabling end-to-end solutioning and transformation.
The role requires strong technical and analytical capabilities, particularly in R programming (including Shiny applications and R package development) and preferably Python, with working knowledge of CDISC standards and clinical development workflows. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work independently and collaboratively, combining strategic thinking with technical execution to deliver high-value innovations.
The Manager will partner across GBDS departments and cross-functionally, including but not limited to Global Data Management & Centralized Monitoring, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Writing, and Technology teams, to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions that align with operational and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**

    About the Role

    We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager -Growth Strategy, a key role within the Growth Strategy team at Innovaccer. This individual will be responsible for delivering key customer analytics (e.g., ROI models), performance analytics, and slide presentations to support multiple sales pursuits.     A Day in the Life

    • Build compelling presentations including sales pitch decks, case studies, talk tracks, marketing outreach messages, and visuals.
    • Research and analyze high-priority strategic markets, including industry mapping, customer profiling, competitive insights, and deep dives into select solution opportunities

    Job Description
    This role is focused on building Qure’s Global Health vertical, aimed at unlocking high- impact opportunities in India, Southeast Asia, and Africa. The ideal candidate will lead our government partnerships end-to-end by engaging senior stakeholders, securing funding, and shaping large-scale AI initiatives that deliver large-scale impact in disease surveillance and digital health transformation

    The GH – Growth & Strategy team is responsible for building Qure’s Global Health facing business across India, Southeast Asia and Africa. You will:
    Shape market strategy – Identify priority countries/states, map Ministry of Health ecosystems, size AI procurement potential, define the value proposition, and craft tailored market-entry roadmaps
    Create large-scale AI programmes – design multi-disease population-surveillance projects (TB, COPD, lung cancer, heart failure) and opportunities where Qure’s AI tools can accelerate ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives
    Own end-end deal cycles – originate, structure and close deals by navigating tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms; build channel partnerships (PSUs, multilateral agencies, local distributors) that unlock scale
    Unlock funding – surface and win bilateral, multilateral and philanthropic financing that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level
    Influence policy & budgets – engage senior bureaucrats, policymakers and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease- control guidelines and national digital-health programmes
    Steward stakeholder relationships – Manage a network of Qure partners, Govt stakeholders and global funding partners
