Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Quality Surveillance plans, programs, procedures and tools to
manage Procurement Quality across multiple project(s)
2. Provide Quality discipline input to the Project Organization Plan and manage staffing of
Quality Source Inspection personnel
3. Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan, Surveillance Programs, quality procedures
and tools and ensure their successful implementation across the project
4. Interface and coordinate work activities between Quality and other Project disciplines
5. Conduct Project-specific Quality training and facilitate project Quality workshops
6. Support functional and project related quality efforts, as directed
7. Conduct oversight of Contractors’ implementation of their Quality program and
compliance with project requirements
8. Maintain ongoing communication with assigned Quality Coordinators (, Procurement
Quality Coordinator, Site Quality Coordinator)
9. Perform Procurement Quality Surveillance and source inspection oversight
10. Perform Construction Quality Surveillance of EPC construction activities
11. Manage resolution of quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and tracking
procedures
12. Monitor and report quality performance of the contractor and Project Team
13. Coordinate and report Project quality metrics
14. Participate in project audit program as directed
15. Participate in Supplier Evaluations (Technical) and Cold Eyes Reviews
16. Assist with surveillance activities as directed:
• Handling technical queries from TPI/Agencies,
• Review of inspection report/release and provide inputs to customer as required ,
• Review Of NC, align on Root Cause, Correction and Corrective Action with all parties,
• Familiar with inspector assessment/selection process
engineering, inspection, and materials to assist project quality efforts as directed
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized university scoring more
than 70% or equivalent CGPA
2. Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in responsible roles in Quality Management and
coordination of quality surveillance / inspection activities for projects in the
O&G/Petrochemical/Refinery Industry
3. Qualification / certification in auditing and in inspection disciplines is preferred
4. Experience with auditing quality management systems is preferred.
5. Experience with Contractors and Suppliers of materials, equipment and fabrications
involved in production facilities projects
6. Experience working in Quality Management and coordination of quality activities for
projects in the Oil and Gas Industry
7. Preferred experience with project mechanical completions processes and
documentation for operations turnover
8. Must be proficient in common PC software (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
9. Read, write and speak fluent English
10. Strong leadership and communication skills

1.On-Line Checks:
○ Perform continuous monitoring of the production line to ensure all products

4. Vehicle Inspections:

Key Responsibilities:
For Civil QC:
Inspect ongoing civil works such as RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
Verify formwork, rebar, concrete mix, and curing processes.
Monitor third-party testing of materials like cement, sand, aggregates, bricks, and concrete.
Ensure proper documentation of material approvals, inspection requests (IRs), and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
For MEP QC:
Inspect installation of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
Verify testing and commissioning of MEP systems as per design and safety standards.
Ensure correct routing, cable management, pipe sizing, insulation, and earthing practices are followed.
Check and verify materials as per approved make and technical submittals.
Common QC Duties:
Coordinate with contractors and consultants for inspections and approvals.
