Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve key objectives:

• Oversee the Recruiting, Expediting, Video Inspection, and Quality Control (QC) queues of the Inspection team, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

• Review inspection results and ensures compliance with draw requests.

Job description: We are seeking an industry-seasoned Business Development Manager with at least 7 years of experience in inspection services for electrical and renewable energy equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong global market understanding, an extensive industry network, and a proven track record in consultative and technical sales. You will be responsible for driving business growth for the inspection vertical, targeting OEMs, EPCs, developers, IPPs, and lenders worldwide.

The principal responsibilities essentially include:
• Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy for inspection services focused on renewable energy equipment.
• Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with solar, wind, and hybrid project developers, EPCs, utilities, and OEMs globally.
• Build deep client relationships with procurement, quality, and project management teams to understand inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical and inspection teams to prepare client-centric proposals, RFQ responses, and pricing structures.
• Monitor trends in quality assurance, inspection protocols (IEC, BIS, ISO), and adapt service offerings accordingly.
• Represent Client Fat industry conferences, exhibitions, and webinars to position the brand as a leader in third-party inspection.
• Engage in cross-functional coordination with engineering, legal, and finance teams to enable timely project execution and client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and lead data in CRM tools, track conversion metrics, and prepare monthly business reports.
• Build strategic partnerships with testing labs, freight inspectors, and global inspection affiliates to expand service capability.

Essential Criteria:
• Educational Background: B.E./BTech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in international business development in the field of inspection or quality assurance services for electrical equipment (preferably in the renewable energy sector).
• Strong understanding of PV, wind, and substation components and their international quality standards (e.g., IEC 61215, IEC 61400, ISO 17020).
• Proven ability to open new international markets and manage long sales cycles with OEMs and developers.
• Experience working with large-scale inspection contracts and client/vendor audits.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% of the time.

Job description

1.On-Line Checks:
○ Perform continuous monitoring of the production line to ensure all products
meet predefined quality parameters.
○ Conduct real-time inspections of products during various stages of production
to identify any defects or deviations.
○ Discuss with production staff to immediately address and correct any
identified issues.
○ Maintain detailed logs of on-line checks, including data on any defects,
corrections made, and overall product quality.
○ Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with GMP standards,
focusing on cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the production area.
○ Monitor employee adherence to GMP protocols, including proper use of
protective gear, hand hygiene, and contamination prevention practices.
○ Identify and report any non-conformities or potential risks observed during
GMP checks.
○ Participate in training sessions to reinforce GMP guidelines and ensure all
staff are up-to-date on best practices.
 2. Finished Goods (FG) Inspections:
○ Carry out thorough inspections of finished goods to verify that they meet all
quality, safety, and customer specifications before shipment.
○ Sensory Analysis of Products.
○ Ensure that packaging and labeling are accurate and meet the company's
branding and regulatory requirements.
○ Maintain records of FG inspections, including batch numbers, inspection
dates, and outcomes, to facilitate traceability.
 3. Raw Material (RM) Checks:
○ Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials against quality standards and
purchase specifications before they are accepted for production.
○ Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials for quality, consistency, and
compliance with safety standards.
○ Document the quality of incoming materials, including any issues detected,
and work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
○ Oversee the proper storage of raw materials to prevent contamination or
degradation, ensuring that storage conditions meet the required standards.
 4. Vehicle Inspections:
○ Inspect vehicles used for transporting raw materials and finished goods to
ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and suitable for the safe transport of
food products.
○ Check that vehicles comply with industry standards for temperature control,
sanitation, and safety during the loading and unloading process.
○ Document vehicle inspection findings, including any necessary maintenance
or cleaning, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely resolution
of issues.
○ Ensure that all vehicles used for transportation meet regulatory and companyspecific hygiene and safety standards.
