**Responsibilities**
**The Position:**
The Supervisor, Line Maintenance will be engaged through an Employer of Record and will provide services to Panasonic Avionics.
The role holder will supervise daily line station operations in the process of providing inspection and repair services on aircraft. Responsible for dispatching all overnight aircraft with guaranteed 100 percent seat functionality at departure. Since seat guarantees are an integral part of Panasonic Avionics Maintenance Services, the staffing and scheduling of site personnel and their functions are paramount to the success of the company.
**Maintenance Operations**
+ Schedule site personnel to weekly shift patterns pursuant to the customer's flight schedule.
+ Direct Inventory Control and local logistics of customer and Panasonic Avionics-owned capital assets.
+ Schedule preventive maintenance activities of systems installed on customer aircraft during over night holds; Office management of local site specific responsibilities which includes local port Authority personnel identification administration, Customs clearance and security seals, overtime, vehicle maintenance, office administration and cleanliness.
+ External contacts include routine daily customer contacts at the Line Maintenance levels, local airport authorities including Customs, Air Freight forwarders and brokers for local logistics.
+ Internal contacts include MMS Personnel, MMS Administration Staff, H.R. and other Panasonic Avionics departments as required to execute the MMS agreements specific to the site.
+ May also perform onboard maintenance activities and fill-in for absent employees.

Hire, train, supervise, and appraise direct reports.
**Qualifications**
**What We're Looking For:** ?
+ Hold a valid Indian DGCA CAR66 Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent required to certify customers on different aircraft types/systems at the assigned location.
+ 3-5 years lead/crew chief/ supervisory experience.
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook (MS products).
+ Good communication skills.
+ Ability to solve problems as they occur on the local level, not allowing the issue to progress further.
+ Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
+ Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
+ Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
+ Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
+ Must have the legal right to work in the assigned country through nationality, visa, or work permits.
+ Travel up to 20% of the time to both domestic and international locations.

Perform Line Maintenance on Aircraft In Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure system serviceability and functionality. Carry out systems troubleshooting using basic computer and electronic theories and test equipment. Remove and replace components and equipment in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete all administrative duties associated with maintenance actions performed.
**Key Responsibilities**
IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance:
Performance of maintenance tasks including component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and certification, which includes, but is not limited to:
+ Remove and replace components in accordance with all applicable documentation.
+ Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification.
+ Perform Cabin Sweeps in accordance with Panasonic LMPs and report findings.
+ Perform Built-in (BITE) and manual tests.
+ Perform Software and Media Loading.
+ Clean components and equipment racks/filters if applicable to the contract.
+ Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with customer-specific requirements
+ Ensure timely escalation and coordination in close contact with the Lead or Supervisor of any problem occurring in the assigned aircraft area.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the Lead or the Supervisor.
+ As required, based on aircraft type, may work on other aircraft equipment as assigned.
+ Communicate and interface with customers.
+ Certify for all work completed as applicable under a company-issued authority and governing regulations.
Administrative:
+ Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, packaging, and shipping of inventory.
+ Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and tool care.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Management.
**Qualifications**

+ Secondary/Technical School degree.
+ 12 months of experience on the Panasonic IFEC systems.
+ Minimum of 24 months on-aircraft experience.
+ Must have worked on aircraft in the last 18 months.
+ Hold a valid Indian DGCA CAR66 Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent required to certify customers on different aircraft types/systems at the assigned location.
+ Essential aircraft maintenance experience.

Due to continuous growth, CommScope is looking to hire **Technician, Maintenance** to be based at our site in **Goa** . The candidate will be responsible for maintenance of production equipment and should be ready to work in shifts. This role also includes setting and executing PM schedules, breakdown maintenance, setting up new machinery / new lines, keeping track of engineering spares.
**How You'll Help Us Connect the World:**
· Work closely with Team Leaders and Process Engineer to implement standard production processes. Ensure correct BOM, drawings, routings and Work Instructions being followed.
· Modify or develop new processes/methods, tools, fixtures or equipment for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
· Provide precise feedback to Process Engineer on Yield issues.
· Analyze and find root causes for the product failure. Introduce Corrective, Preventive majors and improve First Pass Yield
· Elaborate actions plan, audits to prevent non-conformity product situation. Call out disciplinary issues to Shift Supervisor.
· Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
· Address Critical Machine, tool breakdowns and maintenance.
· Implement ECN
· The role will involve working in all 3 rotational shifts.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration:**
· Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering Mechanical/Electrical/ETC.
· BE with preferably 1-2 years of related experience and Diploma with preferably 3-4 years of related experience.
· Experience in a medium volume /mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment with an emphasis on manufacturing processes.
· Ability to effectively interact with personnel of different levels and subject areas. Ability to regularly contact, influence, and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issues.
