Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations & Reporting
- Maintain daily attendance, daily call reports, monthly call reports, phone & email call logs.
- IT Asset Management (IMACD Process)
- Asset tagging for new assets and updating inventory in Excel & documentation.
- Manage asset lifecycle: Installation, Movement, Addition, Change, and Disposal.
- Prepare scrap list, coordinate with vendor & finance for invoice, handover material, and update records.
- Procurement & Finance Coordination
- Raise CER/PR in CAPEX portal and follow up with stakeholders for approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors post-PO for delivery of new assets.
- Submit monthly new asset installation report to Finance.
- Handle IT invoice billing, submission to stores/accounts, and update in Cimmra portal.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with vendors/stakeholders for breakdown calls, quotations, and proposals.
- Collect new assets from site stores with issue slips.
- Create and manage gate passes (RGP/NRGP) and follow through till closure.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Duty scheduling for engineers (dosing & shifts).
- Documentation management: SOP files, invoices, service reports.
- Conduct physical asset verification periodically.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with inventory/documentation in Excel.
- Experience in procurement portals (CAPEX/Cimmra).

Senior Analyst, Asset Management
What this job involves:
The Analyst will work in collaboration with Asset Managers to implement value-added strategies for JLL Real Estate Capital, LLC ("JLL REC") multifamily and commercial properties while maintaining the core ethical values of JLL REC. The Analyst must demonstrate attention to detail, organization, analytical orientation, leadership, and possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner. The Analyst will be relied upon by the team to analyze the financial performance of the JLL REC portfolio and provide thoughtful analysis which will be heavily utilized for JLL REC's overall risk assessment. Building positive and professional rapport with the Asset Management team, JLL Production, Agency colleagues, and Borrowers is a key component to the Analyst providing value to JLL REC through financial analysis. The Analyst, with guidance from Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers, will be expected to proactively manage risk while being available as direct support for the Asset Management team for analytics, reports, and various projects.

Duties & responsibilities
Analyze annual and quarterly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in accordance with JLL REC best practices and the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Life Companies and other Investors
Participate in Asset Management related meetings as requested
Prepare and submit assigned reporting to management and investors, as required

Qualifications
You will have a Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background in Real Estate, Business Administration or Accounting & Finance with min 2-5 years of working experience. You are well verse in Microsoft Office and real estate financial analysis, ability to recognize and mitigate risk, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and manage deadlines, strong customer service skills (written and verbal).
