  • Creating assembly instruction for wire harness, panels and electrical components
  • Supporting on creating and maintaining of VSM (value stream Mapping)

  • Education, Skills & Qualifications
  • Education as Mechanical/Electrical engineer with min 4-8 years’ experience from the Wind & Heavy machinery Industry.
  • Experience with production and manufacturing processes, Lean and project management
  • Hands on experience with TechPub Studio or any an XML-based Component Content Management System
  • Extensive understanding work environment and safety
  • Broad experience with VSM and Lean production
  • Experience with production documentation
  • Preferred applicants will have:

  • Prior knowledge of JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint, and cloud-based systems
  • Good understanding within design, documentation and high technical understanding

    **Responsibilities**:
    **1. Instructional Design Leadership**:
    ○ Design and oversee the development of engaging instructional content, including eLearning modules, simulations, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, and assessments.

    ○ Ensure alignment with instructional design models such as ADDIE, 7E etc. and incorporate best practices in pedagogy and andragogy.

    2. Project Management:
    ○ Be involved in end-to-end instructional design projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.

    ○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

    ○ Maintain documentation, version control, and quality assurance processes.

    **3. Technology Integration**:
    ○ Leverage EdTech tools such as Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle), authoring tools and interactive technologies (e.g., gamification, AR/VR).

    ○ Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance learning solutions.

    **4. Stakeholder Engagement**:
    ○ Provide consultation and guidance on instructional strategies to team members and stakeholders.

    **5. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement**:
    ○ Develop and implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.

    ○ Analyse feedback and performance data to refine and improve instructional materials and methodologies.

    **Required Skills and Qualifications**:
    **1. Educational Background**:
    ○ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any educational field

    ○ Certifications in Instructional Design

    **2. Experience**:
    ○ 5+ years of experience in instructional design, with a proven track record of managing and delivering EdTech projects.

    **3. Technical Proficiency**:
    ○ Proficiency in instructional design software

    ○ Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM, xAPI, or AICC standards.

    **4. Core Competencies**:
    ○ Strong leadership and project management skills.

    ○ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    ○ Creative problem-solving and adaptability.

    ○ In-depth understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment strategies.

    **5. Preferred**:
    ○ Experience with designing solutions for K-12, higher education, or corporate training audiences.

    ○ Familiarity with agile methodologies for project management.

    Your Role

  • Interact with stakeholders around the world in Marketing, Sales, Legal and other departments requiring support with their translation needs.
  • Support to document translations of design drawings, Engineering specifications, technical manuals, data sheets.
  • Create and manage implementation roadmaps and plans for the translation projects.
  • Translation review of the translations of instruction manual, technical documents content from English to languages like Russian/Dutch/Italian/Portuguese etc.
  • Maintain word glossaries, style guides and translation memories records.
  • Manage end to end solution development involving other team members, internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of various learning material eLearning in support of enterprise collaboration platforms and solutions
  • Prepare necessary reports to keep product development and achievements visible
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, including providing advice to team members, management and clients, and engaging with stakeholders.
  • To succeed, you will need

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in translating technical documents, particularly in specialized fields such as IT or engineering.
  • CAT Tools Familiarity: Proven experience with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools to enhance translation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proactivity: Ability to anticipate project needs and address issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Client Management: Experience in handling critical clients with tact and professionalism, thereby fostering long-term relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in cost negotiations to optimize translation project budgets while maintaining quality.
  • Technical Software Knowledge: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for project tracking and reporting purposes.
