**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development or similar.
+ 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, learning, and development.
+ Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM.
+ Knowledge of eLearning development tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, orsimilar).
+ Basic understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive approaches to learning.

**Job Description:**
The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design and development of end-to-end learning solutions for Norstella's client-facing team in a variety of formats including instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, infographics, simulations, case studies, videos, assessments, games, visual elements and other digital and non-digital learning solutions while employing a rapid design process, working jointly with other members of the learning team and SMEs to identify the course goals and objectives that embrace human-centric design. The Commercial Enablement is responsible for providing a foundation and support system to maximize effectiveness in all client-facing roles and functions via internal training & enablement, including but not limited to on-boarding, job enablement, professional development and improving product and skills knowledge. This role is focused on content management efforts across client-facing teams to improve business outcomes.
