**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Training Delivery:
+ Lead training sessions, both remote and in-person, to ensure participants understand the Grid Software products' features, capabilities, and how to use it effectively.
+ Use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to accommodate different learning styles.
+ Engagement and Motivation:
+ Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment to keep participants motivated and interested.
+ Encourage participants through Q&A sessions, group activities, and interactive demonstrations.
+ Assessment and Evaluation:
+ Maintain assessments to measure learners' understanding and skills.
+ Provide constructive feedback and offer additional resources for learners who need help.
+ Instructor will encourage participant feedback to assess participant knowledge, instructor effectiveness, and to determine the effectiveness of the training.
+ Documentation and Reporting:
+ Keep records of participant progress and attendance.
+ Curriculum and Course Material Development:
+ Maintain up-to-date training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and hands-on labs, tailored to the specific Grid Software product and the leaners' needs.
+ Update training content regularly to reflect new software releases, features, and best practices.
+ Provide input to the Content/Curriculum Development team to ensure the development of accurate and timely courseware.
+ Product Knowledge Maintenance:
+ Stay up to date with the latest developments, features, and functionalities of the assigned Grid Software products.
+ Continuously improve the instructor's own knowledge and skills to ensure they deliver the most current and accurate information to learners.
+ Collaboration with Stakeholders
+ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders/SMEs to ensure training content aligns with the software's roadmap and meets user needs.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Power Systems Engineer (Graduate/Post-Graduate level)
+ Background in programming.
+ Extensive experience with AEMS Platform (3-5 years), with a deep understanding of energy management principles, system integration, and data analytics and visualization.
+ In-depth knowledge of GridOS technology and product experience with K8, Kafka, Linux, etc.
+ Strong understanding of the GridOS platform, including Foundation, DDLR, Data Fabric (preferred)
+ Proven experience with instructional methodologies and teaching techniques.
+ Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
+ Experience in diverse learning environments, including in-person and remote formats.
+ Willingness to work across multiple time zones, including shifts for India, Europe, or North America.

About the Role
We are looking for passionate and skilled Foreign Language Trainers to join Nxtwave Collaborated Colleges. The trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality language training, fostering interactive learning environments, and helping learners achieve fluency and confidence in their chosen foreign language.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for learners in (German/ French)
- Design and deliver structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop customized training content to meet learner requirements.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure students gain proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methods and tools for effective delivery.
- Maintain records of student performance and attendance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months – 2 year of prior teaching/training experience in the chosen foreign language (mandatory).
- Proficiency in one or more of the listed languages : Spanish, French, Korean, Japanese, German, Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, learner-friendly manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring learners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in foreign language teaching (e.g., DELF for French, JLPT for Japanese, TOPIK for Korean, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to online/virtual teaching platforms.
