- 2+ years of experience teaching both Mat and Reformer Pilates
- Strong command of movement science, anatomy, and injury-safe modifications
- Clear, inspiring communication — both verbal and tactile cueing
- A collaborative mindset and love for mentoring others
- Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Stott, BASI, etc)
- Comfortable in English and Hindi
