Learn to Swim Instructor:

• Share your love for swimming by teaching essential water skills.
• Provide engaging lessons for all age groups and skill levels.

Aqua Fitness Instructor:

• Lead invigorating aqua fitness classes for diverse participant needs
• Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators.
• Conduct needs assessments and define learning objectives.

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum design and development.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogical principles and learning theories.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in content creation and multimedia development is a plus.
• Passion for improving educational outcomes.

• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and learning objectives for various subjects and grade levels.
• Create engaging and effective instructional materials, including textbooks, workbooks, presentations, and digital resources.
• Develop robust assessment tools and strategies to measure student learning outcomes and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with educational standards.
• Conduct needs assessments and research current trends in education to inform curriculum development.
• Facilitate teacher training workshops on new curriculum implementation and pedagogical approaches.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing curricula and make necessary revisions.
• Ensure that all developed materials are inclusive, accessible, and meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum development initiatives.
• Stay abreast of educational technology and integrate it effectively into learning materials.

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical theories, learning principles, and assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management and ability to meet deadlines.
