1. Insurance Policy Management:
- Handle and manage insurance policies related to General Insurance, Marine Insurance, and Fire Insurance.
- Ensure timely renewals and updates of insurance policies.
2. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records.
- Prepare documentation related to insurance claims and settlements.
3. Insurance Claims:
- Assist in the processing of insurance claims and liaise with insurance providers.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of claims.
4. Policy Analysis:
- Understand and analyse various insurance policies including Marine, Liability, Fire, Machinery Breakdown, Industrial All Risk, Fire, and House policies.
5. Communication:
- Coordinate with internal departments and external insurance agencies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding insurance matters.
6. Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- BCom/BE in Insurance or Degree in Banking & Insurance.
- 2-5 years of experience in General Insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of General Insurance, Marine Insurance, and Fire Insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
