The role holder is responsible for developing and implementing the processes while ensuring adherence to the guidelines and effectively managing all operations for General Insurance vertical.
**Responsibilities**
- Participates in the development and implementation of operations department plans
- Manages the implementation of the operations objectives, facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
- Coordinate with and synchronize between internal & external stakeholders. Works closely within the team.
- Close coordination with insurance companies/Sales Team/Dealers/Call Centre team/other dept.
- Ensure timely resolution of concerns raised by Dealer / field team / Insurance companies
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel / departments.
- Provide feedback on process gaps and recommend improvisations.
- Identify & report bugs in portal.
- Coordination & follow up with IT support team for resolution of incidents & requests.
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Should be from General Insurance background.
- Should possess good knowledge on General insurance.
- Savvy with Financial transactions end to end
- Work experience should be 2+ years.
**Preferred Skills**
- Hands on experience of handling working directly with a general insurer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and office suite
- Customer-oriented, good listener and patient
