pricing strategies that align with customer-perceived value, leveraging VQ
outputs to inform pricing decisions and product positioning.
- Go-To-Market Enablement : Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Commercial
teams to embed VQ models into pricing proposals and customer conversations,
enabling differentiated value communication.
- Tool Creation & Scaling : Build scalable, standardized tools/templates for value
quantification that can be used across business units and regions to ensure
consistency in pricing logic.
- Insight Generation : Analyse industry benchmarks, client data, and case
studies to refine value drivers, strengthen business case assumptions, and
validate VQ model outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Partnership : Act as a thought partner to Product, Finance,
Sales, and Marketing teams to drive pricing decisions rooted in customer value
and business impact.
- Cross-Regional Leadership Collaboration : Drive impactful outcomes through
direct engagement with global senior leadership.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or
related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, pricing, value quantification or
analytics roles
- Prior experience with value-based pricing or building business cases strongly
preferred
- Demonstrates a strategic mindset with the ability to connect the dots across
data, insights, and business objectives to see the bigger picture
- Strong Analytical Skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Query.
- Experience in SQL, Experience with Python, Alteryx or Viz Tools (Power BI,
Tableau) is a plus
- Prior experience in payments, fintech, or consulting is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong sense of
ownership ; Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to
execution
