Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional based in India with excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). The Insurance Verification Specialist will be responsible for checking dental insurance eligibility and benefits, updating patient records, and ensuring practices have accurate coverage information prior to appointments.
Qualifications
• rior experience in dental or medical insurance verification strongly preferred.
• F miliarity with U.S. dental insurance terms (PPO, EOB, CDT codes, deductibles, copayments, waiting periods, etc.).
• E cellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• P oficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online portals.
• S rong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• A ility to work U.S. business hours (EST/PST depending on client).
