Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive the branch to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance products sourced through the Direct Channel.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers/Direct Sales personnel .
- Performance & Retention: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide on-the-field support, and focus on talent retention and team engagement.
- Business Quality: Ensure adherence to underwriting norms, maintain high persistency (renewal rates), and focus on sourcing high-quality, profitable business.
- Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to all company processes, sales practices, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) to maintain a clean business record.
