About the Role:
The Integration Architect plays a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the integration of various processes, technologies, and functions within an organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of business operations, systems, and cross-functional collaboration. The Integration Architect will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and project teams to ensure seamless integration efforts that drive efficiency, optimize performance, and support the organization's strategic objectives.
In this role you will be:
- Collaborating with customer architecture and senior management team on the integration topics/areas in both individual and team settings both on and off client site
- Designing integration extraction and consumption methodologies in and out of Appzen in a multi ERP environment
- Mentoring and leading integration engineers from Appzen and Partners to successfully deliver the solution
- Configuring, developing, and troubleshooting RESTful, SOAP APIs and flat file based integrations
- Detecting, diagnosing, and resolving integration related issues
- Designing and building the infrastructure for data extraction, preparation and loading of data from a variety of sources
- Working closely with Solution Architecture to continually evolve and improve best practices and standardised implementation methodologies
- Contributing to the learning of the professional services and delivery teams, supporting our learning experience team to develop the skills and capabilities of our consultants
What will you bring to Appzen:
- Solid hands on experience architecting large-scale integrations that involve ERP Integration with SAP / ORACLE E-Business Suite
- Experience with one or more Finance and Procurement functional areas (e.g. Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Expenses, Accounts Payable) required while experience in the supply chain planning system space would be an advantage
- Direct experience with SFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and Single Sign On configuration
- ERP Domain Knowledge – SAP / ORACLE / Coupa / Workday
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud host stack and a solid understanding of web technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and organisation skills along with strong advocacy, able to convince and align customers and teams
