Implements and upholds Train Design development procedures across assigned scopes.
- Design & Integration Scope:
- Cable trays/ducts design and mounting definitions
- Electrical harness routing based on Fil-à-Fil, synoptique, connectors, and device lists
- Wire bundling classification (HV/LV)
- Equipment mounting definitions (Cubicle, Bogie, Underframe)
- Jumper cable and earthing/grounding design
- Complete cubicle harness routing including brackets, structure, fastening, welding, etc.
- Equipment positioning and interface development
- Exporting flattened harness lengths for manufacturing
- Linking XML schematic data to CATIA V5 wiring/bundle via NEO
- 2D drawings for parts, assemblies, and installation
Work Package Leadership:
- Leads and consolidates project-specific work packages
- Conducts regular work package reviews
- Performs risk assessments and defines mitigation plans
- Reports QCD performance and risks to Train Design Engineer
Cross-Functional Support:
- Assists in establishing certification and validation plans
- Organizes system design/testing support activities
- Coordinates Design and Verification Reviews, including formal documentation
- Handles technical solution oversight and gap resolution aligned with métier guidelines
Quality & Industrial Support:
- Ensures conformity of Electrical Integration deliverables with project specifications
- Provides continuous support to industrialization and manufacturing during ramp-up
