A Senior Test Manager – System Integration position has been created in the Solution Delivery team in response to the Agency transitioning the System Integration function from a key external delivery partner.
• Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure that across projects the delivery remain within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets as defined with project teams.
• Analyse and report on test activities and results, and escalating issues and risks to project
• management.
• Manage the development of test plans, test cases and supporting test data and/or requirements.
• Identify, manage and document defects, programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications, including Managing Defect Triages and meetings.
• Oversee all test phases across value streams and projects.
• Experience in automation testing, API testing test management tools, would be highly desirable.
What You’ll Bring
• 5 - 10 years’ experience managing a technical testing team.
• Have strong technical skills/understanding with experience in delivery of large mission critical systems, various cloud environments and large databases and applications like Oracle.
• Experience in standard development, delivery and operational processes like SDLC, COBIT, Prince2, ISO9001, ITSM, SIAM or similar.
