Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Integration Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions for NetSuite ERP using Boomi, Celigo, and direct API-based integrations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration, with a proven track record of managing teams, overseeing large-scale NetSuite projects, driving strategic initiatives, and providing mentorship to foster team growth and technical excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of NetSuite integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.

  • Monitor and optimize integration performance, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of new features and capabilities in NetSuite, Boomi, and Celigo, staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time delivery of integration initiatives.
  • Provide high-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.


Managerial Mentorship Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach team members on technical skills, including Boomi, Celigo, and SuiteScript development, fostering professional growth and career development.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, set goals, and support team members in overcoming technical and professional challenges.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team’s expertise in NetSuite integrations and related technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with at least 5 years focused on hands-on NetSuite integrations and customizations.
  • Extensive expertise in Boomi and Celigo for designing and managing enterprise-grade integration workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) for NetSuite customization, including complex scripting and API development.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering large-scale ERP integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite APIs (REST, SOAP), third-party API integrations, and data protocols (HTTP, FTP, etc.).

**Job Description**
**Manage and mentor a team of implementation consultants, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance**
**Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.**
**Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.**

**Qualification:**
**8+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation.**
**5+ years of experience in deploying Voice and Non-Voice Contact Center applications such as Genesys Engage, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex Contact Center, RingCentral, or similar platforms.**
**Proven** **track record** **in leading complex implementation projects, preferably in** **CCaaS** **,** **UCaaS** **, or** **CPaaS** **environments.**
**Deep understanding of voice technologies, protocols (TCP/IP, VOIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC), and contact center infrastructure (ACD, IVR, CTI, Dialer, SBC).**
**Proficiency** **in platform configuration, system architecture, API integrations, and VoIP troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark).**
**Experience integrating with CRMs like Salesforce Service Cloud and other customer engagement platforms.**
**Development** **experience with Groovy, JavaScript, and/or scripting for integrations is a plus.**
**Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes.**
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly competent and confident presenter.**
**Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-facing communication skills.**
