Job Description: NICU Staff Nurse (Tamil Nadu registration is mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to critically ill neonates within the intensive care unit.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments as necessary based on patient conditions and protocols.
• Administer medications and procedures according to physician orders and neonatal protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records concerning care and condition.
• Communicate with family members, offering updates and explaining procedures and outcomes with clarity and compassion.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
• Current RN license in Telangana, India.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric or neonatal nursing, with at least 2 years in a NICU setting.
• Previous experience in a leadership or charge nurse role is highly desirable.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are mandatory. Advanced certifications (e.g., RNC-NIC) are a plus.
• Exceptional clinical skills in assessing and managing critically ill newborns.
