WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
As a member of the team, you will take complex scenarios and convert them into simple, fluid, and delightful experiences, drive innovation through visual, interaction, and information design, and have a robust understanding of each facet of the design processes as you will partner with BU Heads, Product Managers, Team Leads, and Developers to shape end-to-end experiences from conceptualization to production. You will be working and co-creating with talented and diverse, multi- disciplinary teams, and individuals across the organization and conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping new features and components of the firm's web and mobile platform (Design System). You will also create paper prototypes and appropriate high-fidelity image mockups to be converted into interactive prototypes using prototyping tools and/or HTML/CSS/JavaScript depending on the project requirements and strategically design UIs using evidence based best practices. Additionally, you will serve as the go-to person for the platform's design system recommendations, while working closely with development teams, business analysts, and project owners throughout all phases of product development and continuously uphold and increase the quality of products in terms of their user experience. You will support the DESIS Human Capital (HC) team with their design requirements, ensuring consistency with the global HC style guide and contributing to a cohesive design language across products. You will also take a leading role in evolving HC's design system and corresponding Figma component library, collaborating with the HC design and development teams to support the style guide and AI-assisted design initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and mentoring various designers working across different efforts by providing oversight and direction.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Basic qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in interface and interaction design, including at least 1 year of experience in designing data intensive applications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in product design, industrial design, or information design from a reputable university
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating experience creating user centric design solutions
- The ability to self-motivate and work under deadline constraints
- A continuous learning attitude when it comes to design, UX, and technology and should be someone who can integrate these learnings into their work
- Robust experience contributing to enterprise-scale design systems and building scalable Figma component libraries using design best practices
- Experience working on AI-supported design projects, with the ability to translate AI-driven functionality into intuitive user experiences and interaction patterns
- The ability to collaborate across teams and roles to create, define, deliver, and support effective designs

What we’re looking for:
We are not big on formal qualifications, and we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work.
- You have spent at 4-7 years of experience designing modern applications with user-centric design principles.
- You have worked on B2B SaaS applications and have a good understanding of conversational experiences.
- You can stay on top of non-functional requirements and can build scalable design systems, responsive layouts and accessible experiences.
- You have hands-on experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator every day to get work done.
- You can collaborate with a team full of opinionated people and stay unbiased while presenting your ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- You should be able to improvise and make quick design decisions while leveraging basic design principles and common sense.
- You need to come in with a growth mindset and push yourself to get better every day.
- You have taken the time to read and understand our cultural values. Most importantly, you can collaborate with your teammates without acting like a jerk.
What you’ll do:
- Drive user research programs. You will partner with product managers to do user research interviews with real-world customers and work iteratively to refine the product over time.
- Collaborate with product and engineering : You will co-own the product roadmap with the rest of the product and engineering teams and influence what gets prioritized for upcoming quarters.
- Present your work to the team. You will meet with the team and our customers to present user journeys and walkthroughs to help them understand how our product works end-to-end.
- Make decisions using product analytics. You will leverage all kinds of data at your disposal to make informed decisions about user experience and product capabilities.
- Publish best practices. If you have a passion for writing, you can publish our design practices and discoveries on our Atomicwork blog.
- Self-direct your work and co-own the product. You will act as an owner of the product and will have autonomy and responsibility to do what’s right for the customer.

Location: Bangalore | Full time
As a Product Designer, you’ll design across core OnArrival surfaces - from consumer interfaces to dashboards. You'll turn complex problems into elegant, user centred solutions and help shape the direction of the product and the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end design process for major product areas - from discovery to delivery.
- Lead problem definition by obsessing over the “why” and grounding decisions in user behaviour and data.
- Take a collaborative approach - generating ideas with business and engineers and translating them into clear, structured solutions.
- Design robust, scalable user flows that account for every edge case and real-world scenario, not just the happy path.
- Translate those flows into intuitive, consistent, and delightful interfaces that uphold high usability and visual design standards.
- Go beyond the launch - track performance, identify usability issues, and use product metrics to inform ongoing design iteration.
- Manage, contribute to our designs across different systems, helping to raise the quality and coherence of our overall product experience
What we're looking for:
- A systems thinker who can break down complexity into structured flows and intuitive screens. Someone who sees the full picture but never misses the details.
- A product mindset - you’re as interested in solving the right problem as you are in crafting the right UI , and you bring a strong sense of ownership to everything you design .
- 3+ years of hands-on product design experience, ideally across both B2B SaaS and consumer products.
- Fluency in Figma for everything from low-fi exploration to pixel-perfect mockups. Bonus if you’ve dabbled in tools like Framer, Protopie/Principle/Rive
- Visual polish meets functional clarity - you know how to make a product feel consistent and delightful without compromising speed or simplicity.
- Data-aware and impact-focused - you’re not afraid to get into analytics or suggest experiments to validate and improve your work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving teams. You bring structure where there is none and aren’t afraid to reframe the problem.
- A clear communicator who can articulate decisions, share thinking, and bring people along a design critique.

Presentation & Portfolio Review
- You’ll present your work, walk us through past projects, and discuss your approach. This is where we explore interaction design, visuals, and delivery thinking.
