- Design experience of user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX Design work for both Web and mobile platforms.
- Familiar with UX methodologies - research, interviews, personas, competitor research, sitemap, wire-framing, responsive design, and prototyping.
- Familiar with UI principles and translating a given user-experience journey into a visually great and intuitive UI.
- Experience using Figma.
- Being able to communicate your design decisions & choices effectively to internal team members and stakeholders.
- Willing to accept constructive feedback, learn, and grow from it.
- Ability to collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency and coherence across the designs.
- A knack for attention to detail and the ability to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce high-quality work.
- Added advantage if you know prototyping /motion design tools like After Effects, ProtoPie, etc.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years To be relevant to UI/UX Design Field
- Experience across the digital and web design fields.
- Experience in creating, managing, and publishing pages in AEM.
- Expertise in using the latest features of AEM 6.5.
- Prior experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of relevant publishing technologies and knowledge infrastructure elements.
- Knowledge of web content translation/localization processes and managing multiple global websites is desirable.
- Basic image editing and optimization skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Read, understand and absorb materials on user needs, mental models, working contexts business and technical requirements
+ Support the creation of visualizations that summarize key insights related to user and customer needs and behaviors
+ Support participatory design activities to understand and validate assumptions about user needs and behaviors
+ Support the creation of concepts that respond to the captured validated requirements
+ Create annotated prototypes or wireframes of user interface designs that visually and textually communicate the behavior of the software application
+ Create visual designs in Figma that utilize our EDS (Ethos Design System) to ensure consistency across products
+ Support effective documentation and communication of design - via wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user stories in Rally and Confluence
+ Participate in research and evaluation of designs with external and internal users
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a Relevant design discipline (Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communications or related field) with a minimum of 6+ years of documented professional work experience in user experience design, preferably in Healthcare.
+ Experience with end-to-end development of digital products and solutions
+ Experience collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams in a dynamic and global environment
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Demonstrated facility with Agile / Lean UX methodologies
+ Attention to detail - can create pixel perfect assets
+ Familiar with standard design & wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe CC, OmniGraffle, Axure), hand drawing and visual communication, time-based and interactive prototyping tools, especially those that are AI driven
+ Ability to use generative techniques (sketching, brainstorming, etc.) to establish a variety of possible design scenarios
