The Snr Analyst is a professional with the goal to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring and credit administration as a partner to broader ICM Underwriting and Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory's (BCMA) shared commitment to ensuring the safety and soundness of wholesale lending across ICG. The Snr Analyst will work with the rest of the LFU team to create a best-in-class Leveraged Lending Underwriting organization with the primary goal of materially enhancing Citi's end-to-end Leveraged Lending credit management process.
**In this role, you're expected to:**
The Snr Analyst will be responsible for writing Annual Reviews and Quarterly Reviews, and for supporting LFU Underwriters on transactions.
+ Assess the credit and financial strength of Citi's most complex Large Corporate Clients by performing fundamental credit analysis of counterparties using both quantitative and qualitative factors
+ Monitor the covered portfolio, including following industry trends, impacts to key relationships, and escalation of potential credit issues to LFU Underwriters, Risk and BCMA partners
+ Evaluate and gain a strong understanding of clients' business model, financial performance, and key credit drivers across various industries, through both due diligence process as part of transactions and ongoing credit monitoring responsibilities

**In this role, you're expected to** **:**
+ Provides analysis of a business' financial trends, indicators and other client data for presentation to the Underwriting Manager for further discussion and consideration.
+ Manages the risk associated with new and existing borrowing relationships through the following:
+ Performs spreads of client business financial statements
+ Creates Customer Accounting Systems' through Credit Platform
+ Recognizes potential client risk through early warning systems
+ Performs periodic financial statement review
+ Tracks established financial covenants
+ Monitors compliance to borrowing base credit facility
+ Accompanies Underwriting Manager on customer site visits (when appropriate)
+ Compliance with Citibank policies to ensure satisfactory ratings from internal and external auditors.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure** **:**
+ 3-6 years previous experience in a financial institution with a focus on credit analysis and spreading software.
+ Analyze program results vs expectations / Develop Strategies and Criteria / Gather data and prepare data for analysis

+ Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

The KYC Operations Intmd Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.
**In this role, you're expected to:**
+ Ensure production of accurate and standardized reporting with key insights
+ Provide ongoing support and enhancement relating to reporting deliverables
+ Assist with Ad hoc data and reporting requests from seniors/peers within SMB KYC Quality function
+ Maintain dashboards and on demand reporting to leadership team
+ Prepare presentations for senior-management that appropriately communicate data-driven results to executives
+ Own/Lead departmental projects / initiatives as requested
+ Representation in various local / regional forums, as required
+ Responsible for various aspects of risk and control, include but are not limited to Information Security, Continuation of Business and Records Management
+ Conduct analysis of risk and associated controls to identify root cause and collaborate with peers and management to report findings with solutions to mitigate risk/control issues
+ Provide support to business managers and product staff
+ Partner with peers and management on various activities, including developing and executing business plans within area of responsibility, developing compliance guidelines and completing monthly, quarterly, and other periodic risk & control reporting to be used for various forums
+ Interface with internal and external teams to provide guidance and subject matter expertise, as needed
+ Interface with Internal Audit (IA) and external audit to provide input on situations that create risk and legal liabilities for Citi
+ Oversee situations that create risk and legal liabilities for Citi
+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
