**Responsibilities:**
+ Conducts initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists who work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach. Responsibilities may also include software quality assurance testing.
+ Conducts a variety of tests and analyses to ensure that systems and or applications meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
+ Works closely with key stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements to develop test plans, test cases and scripts.

+ Executes test scripts according to application requirements documentation.

**Qualifications:**

+ Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies Knowledge of Quality Process Knowledge of relevant operating systems, languages and database tools Knowledge of defect tracking systems and processes; including change management Knowledge of automated regression testing tools.
+ Requires methodical approach to testing and problem solving.
+ Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright etc
+ Proficient in Python scripting, including URL extraction techniques
+ Experience working with version control systems like Git (specifically GitHub). Familiarity with CI/CD principles and experience using CI/CD tools
+ Specific software languages will be dependent of area of business

**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform analysis to support governance and support in the execution of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA, i.e., Risk & Control Self-Assessment) as required by the MCA Standard including the assessment and appropriate approval of risk associated with business changes.
+ Provide support in assessing the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework, including Risk Control Policy, Control Standard, Issue Management Policy, Lesson Learned Policy, and Control Inventory.
+ Perform analysis to support with the identification of issue root cause, partnering with control and process owners to recommendations holistic corrective actions and improvements, provide check and challenge to ensure appropriate escalation in according with Issue Management and Escalation Policies.
+ Assess the implementation of the Lessons Learned Policy, including monitoring of control breaches and dissemination and learnings across other business units for process improvement to limit the occurrence of similar future events and where similar risk exposure might exist.
+ Provide analysis on the review and challenge process, within the FLUs, on the effective design and management of controls to mitigate risks as required by the Control Standards, including implementation and operation, conducting the control monitoring, handling deficiencies, and escalating issues for resolution.
+ Assess the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the MCA through controls prior to the execution of a process (QC).
+ Test adherence to the MCA Standard through controls after the execution of a process (QA).
+ Provide analysis of Operational and Compliance Risk in accordance with established Policy requirements.
+ Provide support in the analysis to identify, assess, escalate, and manage risk exposures across Risk Categories (Operational Compliance, Strategic, Reputational, etc), including material, emerging and concentration risks in accordance with enterprise Policies and the establishment of Key Indicators to monitor risk exposures.
+ Evaluate Risk Appetite and monitor / assess exposures against this in accordance with enterprise requirements (if applicable).

Job Description
Automation tester required to have in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area (KYC Preferred). Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
**Responsibilities**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation UAT Tester to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring team. As a UAT Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial institution's transaction monitoring systems. Your role will involve develop, maintain and validate requirements using Automation solutions according to the standards of user acceptance testing environment. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and developers within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver high-quality software that helps protect our institution from financial crime.
Responsibilities:
- Design , develop and maintain automation solution developed for UAT environment to validate key business requirements AML transaction monitoring systems.
- Develop and execute UAT test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications for AML transaction monitoring systems.
- Perform hands-on testing of backend systems, including Oracle and Big Data databases, to validate data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using testing tools such as QC/ALM and Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to understand system requirements and provide feedback on design and usability.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance test automation and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 02-04 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on user acceptance testing (UAT) within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and the software Test life cycle (STLC).
- Proven experience in testing backend systems, including Oracle and Big Data databases, using SQL and other data query languages.

As a UAT Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial institution's transaction monitoring systems. Your role will involve develop, maintain and validate requirements using Automation solutions according to the standards of user acceptance testing environment. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and developers within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver high-quality software that helps protect our institution from financial crime.
Responsibilities:
- Design , develop and maintain automation solution developed for UAT environment to validate key business requirements AML transaction monitoring systems.
- Develop and execute UAT test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications for AML transaction monitoring systems.
- Perform hands-on testing of backend systems, including Oracle and Big Data databases, to validate data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using testing tools such as QC/ALM and Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 02-04 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on user acceptance testing (UAT) within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and the software Test life cycle (STLC).
- Proven experience in testing backend systems, including Oracle and Big Data databases, using SQL and other data query languages.
