JOB PURPOSE

To develop impactful content and coordinate across internal channels, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and relevance for employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver high-quality written content such as creative emailers and other communication assets tailored for diverse internal audiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Corporate Units, and Brand to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.

Experience

• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms from the Microsoft suite (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Yammer).
