+ Oversee digital signage content in global offices, delivering impactful regional news that aligns with Nutanix's brand and strategy.
+ Collaborate with leaders and teams to implement strategic internal communications plans, fostering aligned messaging and objectives.
+ Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness and engagement levels.

**What You Will Bring**
+ 3+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or HR communication within a large organization.
+ Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
+ Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills across various formats and channels.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a multi-channel editorial calendar.
+ Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships.

As an internal communications specialist, you will:
• Collaborate with Amazon India Operations leadership to support internal communications through online and offline channels
• Engage with internal stakeholders to uncover stories highlighting Amazon Operations as a desirable workplace and employer of choice
• Partner with teams to devise creative strategies across multiple channels, showcasing the impact of Amazon India Operations within the ecosystem and communities served
• Measure, maintain, and enhance the quality of outreach while collaborating with internal business teams
• Oversee agencies delivering high-quality print, digital, and video production for all internal communication initiatives
• Develop creative, data-driven internal communications with clear, measurable outcomes
• Generate ideas and build scalable mechanisms with a strong sense of accountability and focus on delivering great customer experiences
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to devise a communications plan for Amazon India Operations
• Executing the internal communications plan for new programs, policies, and changes
• Managing communication channels and monitoring channel usage through metrics
• Proactively identifying emerging topics and developing communication plans
• Partnering with HR at operation sites to facilitate execution of the internal communications plan during issues and crises
• Collaborating with agencies to ensure collateral is translated appropriately for associates
• Measuring the impact of communication efforts
• Actively integrating Amazon's core business values and initiatives into everyday practices
• Establishing stakeholder relationships to shape a news agenda relevant to Amazon India Operations
• Being hands-on and adaptable, even when tasks fall outside the typical scope
• Continuously identifying opportunities to Invent and Simplify, creating scalable mechanisms and consistent experiences for employees
• Navigating a complex organizational structure and influencing stakeholders with competing priorities
• Serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for OIC's business leads
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-graduate degree or diploma in communications- Experience working in a manufacturing or factory setting
- Experience handling agencies and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience with ecommerce, retail, or process operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with global teams
