**The Position**
About the Role
As the Internal Communications Manager for Roche Diagnostics India, you will be instrumental in translating our core business priorities into measurable, high-impact communication programs. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic internal and executive communications that drive transparency, enhance employee engagement and collaboration, and ensure alignment across the organisation.
You will be the key connector, linking employees to the company's purpose, guiding them through periods of change, and fostering a clear, consistent narrative. Your success will empower motivated employees to become credible brand ambassadors, positively impacting Roche's reputation both internally and globally.
You will work across teams - including Marketing, Medical and Commercial, - to support our brand mission and brand story. You collaborate with and learn from Roche's global Communications community.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
+ Develop and Lead: Create and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan, ensuring all messaging aligns with the company's purpose, culture, and positioning.
+ Executive Communications: Own and drive key executive communication, including the planning, content development, and execution of monthly Town Halls.
+ Campaign Design: Design and execute impactful communication strategies and campaigns that foster employee pride and purpose within Roche Diagnostics India working closely with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams.
+ Create visually compelling communication materials including newsletters, infographics, presentations, and videos.
+ Storytelling: Proactively identify and package compelling stories that showcase Roche Diagnostics India and its employees for visibility at APAC and Global forums.
+ Channel Management: Own and manage the internal communications infrastructure, including maintaining the company editorial calendar and overseeing the development and maintenance of the company intranet.
+ Technology & Innovation: Stay current with communications technology, tools, and digital platforms to ensure the adoption of best practices for effective internal reach.
+ Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with senior leaders, influencing action and building support for integrated internal projects
+ Measure Success: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, set goals, and measure the success of internal communications initiatives.
Who you are
You are a skilled storyteller with strong interpersonal and organisational capabilities with the ability to manage projects independently while maximising stakeholder delight.
You have:
+ Experience: 5-7 years in internal or corporate communications, with a proven experience of managing corporate communications channels - corporate intranets. Hold a bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
+ Strong executive communications experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of messaging and positioning.
+ Fearless when embracing technology: Comfortable learning new programs and adopting new technology to enhance company-wide communication.
+ Organised and creative: Able to manage multiple projects at once. Strong attention to detail, with proven experience in planning, prioritising, and delivering high-quality work on time.
+ Stellar interpersonal skills: Having the ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly and empathetically, and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure messages are understood and well-received.
+ Demonstrated experience working closely with cross-functional teams for integrated internal activities and are comfortable working with senior leaders and are able to influence action to build support for integrated projects.
+ Healthcare background is preferred but not mandatory

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
