We are looking for a Junior-level professional with 1 to 3 years of experience for the International Voice Process role at our Malad, Hyderabad location. • Experience in semi voice operations, balancing written and spoken communication tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in an international BPO setting, demonstrating capability in addressing diverse customer inquiries.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with international clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction on a global scale.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, adapting to the dynamic nature of voice-based service environments.
• Must-have skills in BPO (Mandatory skill), underscoring essential experience in the business process outsourcing domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international voice process tasks, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients from various geographical locations.
• Provide customer support through voice channels, resolving queries and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions to support ongoing service delivery improvements.

Freshers CTC:- 3,00,000 to 3,50,000

CTC :-Up-to 4.5 LPA + Incentives(10k to 45k per month)

Work location - Hyderabad

Cab : 2-way ( Drop)
