We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer with 5-15 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and coaching professionals in developing their soft skills and interpersonal communication abilities. • Design and implement soft skills training programs for professionals in various industries
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for groups and individuals
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Provide coaching and feedback to individuals to help them improve their communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training

Training Delivery :

• Follow the predefined session plans while delivering training to the identified youth.

Skill Development :

• Develop the necessary skills and knowledge in learners on subjects as defined by the training curriculum.
• Equip learners with the tools to face interviews with confidence and improve their chances of employment.

Assessments and Monitoring :

• Conduct ongoing assessments to measure the progress of the learners.
• Track learner development, adjusting training methods as needed to ensure the best outcomes.

Data Management :

• Maintain accurate data on training sessions, learner progress, and related activities.

Center Activities Participation :

• Engage in center activities, such as organizing parent meetings, retention follow-ups, and gathering feedback on training effectiveness.

Experience :
