- **Inventory Management**:
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track and update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies in stock counts to supervisors.
- Perform physical counts and compare with system records to identify any variances.
- **Stock Organization & Control**:
- Organize food products in the warehouse based on product type, shelf life, and temperature requirements (e.g., frozen, refrigerated, dry).

- Label and tag products correctly for proper identification.
- **Receiving and Shipping**:

- Collaborate with the shipping team to fulfil orders and prepare items for dispatch.
- Ensure the timely and accurate shipping of products to customers or retail outlets.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Inspect goods for damage, expiry, and quality before stocking.
- Follow food safety standards when handling inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:
- Enter inventory data into the system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Generate inventory reports for management, including stock levels, order statuses, and discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing reports for stock audits.
- **Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety**:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report safety hazards and assist in ensuring warehouse safety protocols are followed.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments (e.g., logistics, sales) to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Provide assistance during peak seasons and high-volume periods.

**The role**:
The Inventory Operations Team ensures that we connect Headout experiences directly with our Supply Partners with mínimal disruptions. Your role will directly impact the experience both, our customers and partners have on Headout. - Publishing reports on team KPI's and effort metrics
