The Role
Zeno is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory control, optimization, and execution across multiple sites in India and East Africa. This role is critical to ensuring the availability of parts, spares, and finished goods to support production, aftersales, and field operations. You will build systems and processes to maintain accuracy, minimize excess, and enable scalable operations for Zeno’s fast-growing EV business.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end inventory management, including receiving, storage, stock reconciliation, and dispatch of components and finished goods.
- Establish and implement robust processes for inventory tracking, cycle counting, and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Optimize inventory levels to support production, aftermarket service, and field operations while reducing working capital locks.
- Implement digital inventory tools/ERP systems to drive real-time visibility and forecasting.
- Align with Program for production planning, evaluate & report current stocks, required stocks and support production requirement.
- Work with field service units to map & manage after sales & service requirements and provide the report to programs for sourcing strategy alignment
- Manage spares planning and logistics to provide timely support to service and field teams in Kenya and other regions.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Create dashboards and reports to enable data-driven inventory planning and decision-making.

What You Bring
- 6–9 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in automotive, EV, or manufacturing sectors.
