Key Responsibilities- Supply Plan Development : Develop detailed weekly and monthly supply plans by product, article, and brand . These plans will be based on demand estimations received from relevant stakeholders to procure the required level of inventory and ensure the smooth operations of supply chain units.
- Long-Term Inventory Strategy : Develop long-term inventory plans for SCM units by taking into account various considerations such as catchment preferences, peak seasons, planned campaigns, and market trends .
- Procurement Recommendation : Identify the volume and type of inventory that needs to be procured and up-stocked during seasons, festivals, and campaigns, and recommend the same to the Head of Supply Inventory Planning .
- Inventory Monitoring & Optimization : Constantly monitor the amount of inventory available across SCM units (buffer stock) to effectively manage its utilization and avoid over/under stocking .
