Job Description
1). Understand documentation terms in respect of investments done and assist in actively
tracking the terms of the investments such as tracking financial covenants, security,
post deal terms, etc
2). Execution support in respect of deals with respect to documentation
3). Co-ordinate with internal constituents such as Operations, Compliance, Risk in respect
of portfolio management functions
4). Calculation of NAV and cashflows of the underlying deals
5). Preparation of fund fact sheet and periodic communications of the fund
6). Co-ordinate with investee companies for tracking and ensuring timely payments
including sending regular reminders
7). Co-ordinate with custodian, trustee, NSDL and other stake holders on any aspect of the
fund

Manager- Operations will oversee the management of the data operations for Managed Investment Data team that powers the Morningstar products and platforms. As a manager he/she will work closely with Team Leads, as well as with Global MID stakeholders to ensure the team meets the defined goals and objectives. This position would report to Director in Managed Investment Data team (MID) based in Mumbai.
The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Manager to join our Managed Investment Data team. This individual will work closely with Data Operations, Content Design, and Data Collection Technology teams to successfully deliver key Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). This is a global role that focuses on core managed investments, including mutual funds, exchange traded products (ETPs), UCITS, model portfolios, and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities
