Cash & Position types include, but are not limited to, equities, Allocation, OTC derivative positions (swaps, swaptions, FXs, and) and collateral. The roles and responsibilities will include actively executing data validation controls and related reconciliations by ensuring the Investment book of record is reconciled with the custodian, manager. ·Execute monthly CRDB (Concentration Risk Database) which is a risk view of our current holdings, self-directedly able to run the associated controls, reconciliation and support Internal Audit requirements.

·Review and analyze reference data attributes of Fixed Income Bonds (ABS, MBS, Corporate Bonds Term loans, Sovereign Bonds), Listed Equity, Private Credit and Private Equity and work with data vendor & accounting team to record accurate data points across systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investment Operations professional with at least 2 years of experience in private credit or related investment operations. This role will focus on operational support for our private credit investment portfolio, including calculating Net Asset Value (NAV), managing deal documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient post-investment monitoring.

You will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of investment operations, maintaining compliance, monitoring cash flows, and assisting in the accurate reporting of fund performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of NAV, private credit strategies, investment documentation, and cross-functional coordination in a fund environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Review & Monitoring:
  • Understand and interpret key documentation terms related to investments.
  • Assist in actively tracking and monitoring covenants, securities, post-deal conditions, and other legal/investment terms.
  • Deal Execution Support:
  • Provide execution and documentation support during deal closures.
  • Coordinate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth documentation flow.
  • Internal Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between portfolio management and internal departments such as Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure investment terms are adhered to.
  • Maintain organized records of ongoing and closed transactions.
  • NAV and Cash Flow Calculations:
  • Accurately calculate Net Asset Values (NAV) and cash flows of underlying private credit deals.
  • Track disbursements, repayments, and income related to individual investments.
  • Reporting and Fund Communication:
  • Prepare detailed and insightful fund fact sheets and investor communications.
  • Assist in compiling performance updates and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Engage with custodians, trustees, NSDL, and other relevant entities to manage fund operations.
  • Coordinate with investee companies to ensure timely payments and regular reporting.
  • Compliance and Monitoring:
  • Maintain compliance with operational and legal requirements across all deals.
  • Track deadlines, performance milestones, and covenant adherence using internal systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in investment operations, preferably within private credit or alternative investments.
  • Proficiency in calculating NAV and tracking deal cash flows.
  • Comfort with financial documentation and legal investment structures.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and legal documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across multiple teams and external stakeholders.
