  • What you bring to the role

  • Proven experience and qualifications in undertaking investigations through the use of methodologies such as Incident Casual Analysis Method (ICAM).
  • Proven experience in the implementation and delivery of safety strategies, policies, frameworks, systems and processes.

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Environmental Science with Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory).
    • 8–12 years of EHS experience in construction, fit-out, or real estate projects; preferably with exposure to Design & Build vertical.
    • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
    • Experience in managing multi-site projects and large contractor workforce.
