Primary Responsibilities
Event Operations
Steer the event lifecycle from conception to delivery which ranges from venue selection and vendor management to production and logistics — ensuring each event is executed flawlessly.
Serve as the pivotal point for cross-functional team coordination, bringing together marketing, editorial, sales, and other departments for a unified event execution.
Negotiate with agencies ensuring optimal rates.
Manage event-related projects and nurture relationships with event agencies.
Tackle event-centric hurdles through methodical planning and diligent execution.
Enhance operational procedures and consistently achieve cost-efficiency, benchmarked monthly and annually.
Coordinate with marketing, editorial, sales, and other teams for unified event execution.
Perform quality check audits & prepare SOPs
Project Management & Operational Excellence:
