- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in designing, implementing, and managing irrigation systems.
- Proficiency in hydraulic calculations, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), and GIS tools.
- Strong understanding of soil science, crop physiology, and water-use efficiency.
- Experience with various types of irrigation technologies and water pumping systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
