Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior, product usage, and funnel metrics to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across product, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics and align research with metrics and business goals.

  • Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analytics & visualization tools Excel, SQL, Power BI).

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer data for purposes of modeling, mapping and integrating data into a data warehouse.
  • Work with client and market advocates (such as product management and sales/marketing) to determine system/business objectives and solutions.
  • Train new users on the system and assisting with change management for new releases; developing test plans; testing new applications and maintenance releases.
  • Work directly with end users in utilizing the client developed products.
  • Establish, review, and validate action and decisions relative to system design and programming.
