In modern banking age financial institutions need to bring **Classical Data Drivers** and **Evolving** **Business Drivers** together in a single platform. Traditional data platforms are able to handle classical data drivers well but fail to communicate with evolving business drivers due to limitations of technologies and implementation approaches.

You will be responsible for leading the Modern Data Platform Practice, that would involve providing solutions to customers on Tradition Datawarehouses. Platforms on Prem and Cloud. 1. Map RED FLAGS of Compliance to FCCM product functionality and Solution the ones that don't have product features
2. Driven at least two dozen FCCM implementations & upgrades
3. Interact with bank's C-level executives
4. Conduct product workshops, review project progress, detect project health, attend Bank's SteerCo
5. Plan & track projects, status reports, calculate Earned value
6. Review RFP/RFI from Banks and respond from product perspective
7. Gone through entire life cycle of the fccm implementations with multi-year, multi-instance, muti-country, multi-phase, multi-language UI.
8. Navigate through multiple versions of FCCM product stack and migrate data across versions
9. Support product/custom integrations with 3 rd party applications
10. Determine project risks/issues and track to closure
11. Ability to solution every technical / functional ask in FCCM product stack
10. Must have done at least four FCCM implementations in Retail/Corporate banking space
11. Excellent Communication (written & verbal formats) and documentation
12. Working knowledge in MS Office suite is essential.
13. Industry standard Certifications on ACAMS, ACFE, CGSS, ACFS is desirable is desirable
14. Project Management certification from PMI (PMP) is a must
15. Scrum Certifications like PSPO, PSM, DevOps is desirable
