    • Support filing and archiving processes

    Clinical Trial Systems Management

    • Accurately input study timelines and other trial level required fields into clinical trial database, monitors and updates fields as study timelines or other information changes and troubleshoots illogical data.
    • Assist in producing and distributing project status reports
    • Coordinate with CDTLs and Management to generate regional-level, trial-level and compound-level milestone and budget reports, enrolment reports, and other reports as needed.

    Minimum Qualification Requirements:

    Two-year degree or 2 years administrative or technical experience

    Computer proficiency and experience using a variety of software packages (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with real-time systems, FPGA programming, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and CAN. A Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) or Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW-based applications for data acquisition, control, and automated testing. Develop and integrate test benches and automated test equipment (ATE) for R&D and production environments. Implement real-time and FPGA-based solutions using NI hardware (cRIO, PXI, sbRIO, etc.). Utilize LabVIEW Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for scalable and modular software architecture. Interface with industrial communication protocols including Modbus, CAN, EtherCAT, and others.
