Responsibilities and Requirements - 6-10 years' experience supporting network and network security technologies, Deployment of LANs, WANs, SDWAN, VPN and Wireless networks in Corporate and Enterprise environment. - Hands on experience on Firewall, Router, L2/L3 switches, Wireless, load balancers, proxies, DLP, Site to site and employee VPN, Secure access service edge (SASE) and zero trust network access (ZTNA), EDR/XDR. Products specially Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Meraki Wireless, Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler. - In Depth knowledge of cloud technology (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps. Prior experience to work On-Prem IT Infrastructure and in Data Center Environment. - Work with Different functions, Employee experience, Network Operations and Engineering, Project and Business group, Real Estate team on the shared full stack ownership of a collection of services and/or technology areas. Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioural characteristics of production services. - Work with Hardware and Software vendors, service providers, Experience on RFI/RFP/SOW. - Excellent documentation skills to create runbook and process documents, Ability to create accurate network diagrams. Implementation of ITIL and ITSM. - Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. - Identify opportunities to automate responses to common operational problems and requests. Experience with IT/network automation tools, AI, Ansible, python, zero touch provisioning. - Ensure compliance, configuration and data quality levels are maintained - Work with Agile team to deliver network and security solutions, Participate transition solutions successfully into customer environment. - Strong oral and written technical and interpersonal communication skills including sensitivity to user community and the importance of maintaining a positive vendor relationship. - A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment including 24x7 model. - The candidate should be willing to perform on-call duties after hours and on weekends, on rotation, as per the team’s schedule, as well as occasional overtime activities during scheduled maintenance windows. - Full time Bachelors or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
