We are seeking strong delivery focused technical expert in Microsoft 365, Identity and Access Management, and Platform technologies.
The candidate will also be required to draft a plan of delivery, manage delivery objectives, project manage major initiatives and ensure training and any other non-functional requirements are defined and delivered.
Willing to work on flexible shifts, to meet business objectives. Shift timings are subject to change as per job requirement.
Position Skills:
Strong Understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, person will be required to work with most of the technology leaders in the areas mentioned below and therefore a technology understanding in at least one of the three pillars is required.
Microsoft 365 Cloud services
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Exchange Mail flow and SMTP gateways (Mimecast) and other user mailbox, shared mailbox configuration and support.
Microsoft 365 migration scenarios including Hybrid configuration, IMAP/Cutover/Staged Migrations
Active Directory Synchronization tool (AADConnect), Azure AD. managing SharePoint sites, OneDrive through admin portals and have worked on issues related to ODFB/SPO sync client.
MS Teams issues related to one-on-one chat and team in MS Teams
MS Teams SBC configuration and routing
SharePoint Administration, working with SharePoint developers including design, development and architecture.
Understanding of Power platform, architecture, licensing and support models
Platform Technologies
Understanding of Data protection, DLP, Cloud Security concepts
Understanding of modern device management and application virtualization concepts
Understanding of networking and routing concepts, DNS, DHCP
Identity & Access Management
Experience with Public Key infrastructure (PKI), digital signature and electronic signatures
Experience working with Public Cloud platforms, (Azure) preferably with a focus on PaaS services
Understanding of modern application architecture, onboarding PaaS services, DevSecOps
Understanding of Microsoft authentication, authorization, and modern applications
Excellent client-facing and internal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management software (, MS Project, JIRA,)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Analytical skills to interpret complex project data, identify potential issues, and devise effective solutions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field
Over 10 years of industry
Over 5 years of relevant experience
Position Knowledge and Abilities
Excellent communication skills, including experience in writing and presentation skills, as well as reviewing technical documentation
Broad understanding of the technology stack including security, network and server infrastructure & protocols and associated application technologies including database, web and analytics elements
Experience managing infrastructure in a mid-large sized company or multi-location company, preferred
Strong interest in continuously learning and understanding the newest technologies, and how they can be integrated into client infrastructure
