- Design and develop Backend for server and virtualisation area for management solution in Agile environment.

- Interact with the test team to define test plans and test data; identify reproduce and defects; fix and verify defects.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· An excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) for products.
· Strong software development skills in Python and Core Java.
· Knowledge of RESTful web services.
· Object oriented design and development using enterprise best practices and design patterns.
· In depth understanding of Python stacks , ecosystems and frameworks.

Your key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a BM

Work on central processes including but not limited to: Performance Review deck preparation; Hiring Review; FTE tracking; Financial Planning; consolidation of operational KPI’s; Org chart and position description maintenance and approval chain management.

Collaborate with other team members and IBMC management to deliver on the IBMC objectives of process optimization, automation and centralization agenda.
