**About the role**
As a Project Management Analyst, Marketing you will operate at the intersection of your team and the business. At the core you are expected to drive project execution at category level or deliver to business objectives working alongside with your team. **About you:**
+ Graduate in any discipline (preferably Communication Management) or equivalent

+ Monitor project risks, issues, resources and CPM and assist in providing solutions to Project Controls Manager, complying with WSP and the Client's standards and codes.

**Project Governance & Delivery**
+ Lead and support project planning, controls, and reporting in line with BMS and PMO frameworks.

- In coordination with project controls managers, senior controllers and planners contribute to developing project schedules, undertaking project controlling assignments, preparing relevant project control dashboard for internal and external stakeholder communication appropriate to the project needs and client requirements.
- Provide a Project Control service to the projects with responsibility for accurate project reporting and analysis.
- Assist Senior planners to set up the baseline schedule and control procedures for assigned projects and monitor progress against the plan, so that any problems are recognised promptly
- Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with estimates and plans for bid/tenders.
- Assist PMs/PCM with producing the EAC and Report on progress and earned value, to support financial forecasting and any necessary corrective action
- Assist Project Controls Manager and senior controller for developing Weekly and Monthly Project Progress reports ( Internal and External)
- Provide support to the project managers from the lead country to manage their project in the Horizon ERP as the Deputy PMs.
- Assist project controllers for creating, maintaining, and updating monthly forecasts and budgets.
- Assist Project controllers for prepare various cost reports and maintain forecast accuracy. Prepare project performance analysis, cost, and schedule status reports. Identify cost and schedule variances from objectives.
- Document, monitor, and communicate project milestones and risks with appropriate stakeholders
- Participate in project status meetings, collect progress data and revise project plan as needed or advised by Project managers.
- Any other PMCM-PMO team related assignment as entrusted by Line Manager and Team Lead

**Key missions of the position:**
- The Project Manager is accountable to successfully execute the project, as a lead (or intercompany entity) on time, on
budget, in scope in accordance with Wabtec Policies, looking for profitability improvement, ensuring quality of execution
and Customer satisfaction.
- He/she reports to the Site Project Director and delivers the project with the direct support of the project team and the
Project Management Office, if applicable, as per organisation.
- The Project Manager is responsible to apply the Project Management Processes and the applicable tools for the
implementation and is accountable for the strict and efficient application thereof. He/she works within the guidelines,
policies and mission of the organization and will be responsible for his/her specific projects as assigned.

 Review the scope of the project in collaboration with the Sales Team.
In line with Wabtec Processes, create a Project Execution Plan (Project Charter), Master Plan and a detailed Project
plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

**Required Candidate Profile**
**Education/Training:** Bachelor or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a tier 1 or 2 University/College. Exposure in
Business Management/Administration and/or similar will be preferred. PMP certification will be an added value.
**Professional Experience:** More than 12 years of industry experience of which minimum 7 years should be in Project Management in an engineering plus-
manufacturing environment including with teams across geographies (Europe, USA, Australia etc). Personnel with Experience of working in a rail industry will be preferred.
