Your key responsibilities
As a Technology Management Lead you will:
Work together with the Document Management Tribe Lead, Tribe Engineering, other Agile Product Owners and Tribe Engineers to deliver new product features, onboard new tenants and consolidate legacy DMS to the strategic DMS platforms.
Take responsibility for the product management, vendor management and stakeholder management of the DMS product. This includes the definition of the product vision and roadmap, product pricing and vendor risk and service management.
Your skills and experience
- Excellent Computer Science Master or Ph.D. and/or MBA from a well known University
- Proven experience as an agile Product Owner, Program Manager and Project Manager
- Experience as IT Product Manager responsible for product strategy, marketing, vendor and cost management
- Strong team player, with proven ability to work in a global team and drive results both collaboratively and independently
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to influence a wide range of decision-makers
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Software development skills in Java with relational databases on Linux esp. Oracle, Rest Services, Cloud Technology, Gen-AI, Microsoft Office, JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of the IBM products Filenet, Content Manager on Demand and an understanding of Document Management, Document and Data Archiving, Records Management with an understanding of data retention, legal hold and data privacy requirements in international Banking is preferred
