- Builds customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account. Deals with difficult issues at the customer and finds win-win solutions for both Customer and SAP.
- Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.
- Manage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance, profitability analysis

- Develop and maintain project management documents using SAP's standard templates and tools

Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee CTO Office strategic initiatives and roadmap projects in India. This would relate, but not limited to, emerging technology, architecture and transformation.
- Act as a confidante & trusted advisor on all strategic deliverables for Technology group in India
- Track strategic initiatives by monitoring progress towards meeting goals, analyzing data, ensuring follow-through on the part of key contributors, and sustain momentum needed to drive these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As a SoC Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of complex SoC development programs — from specification and architecture through design, implementation, manufacturing, validation, and production.
You will lead a cross-functional, multi-site engineering team (logic design, verification, physical design, DFT, package, test, validation, qualification) and coordinate with customers, foundries, EDA vendors, and IP providers to ensure successful and timely silicon delivery under a turnkey engagement model.
· Program Planning & Governance
- Define, own, and maintain the overall SoC program plan, including schedule, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, and risk management.
- Establish clear program governance, progress tracking, and review mechanisms with internal teams and customers.
- Drive alignment between customer specifications and internal execution plans across all SoC development functions.
· Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and synchronize multiple engineering domains (Architecture, RTL, Verification, DFT, PD, STA, PV, ATE, Validation, and Qualification) to ensure smooth program execution.

· Performance and Success Metrics

Qualifications
· Experience:
- 12+ years of total semiconductor experience, including at least 5+ years managing SoC development programs(spec-to-silicon).
- Proven track record in turnkey or design services SoC programs, ideally involving foundry interface and silicon bring-up.
· Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the SoC design flow: architecture, RTL design, verification, synthesis, DFT, STA, P&R, signoff, tapeout, ATE, validation, and qualification.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, and test processes.
- Experience coordinating with foundries, EDA vendors, and IP suppliers.
· Program Management Skills:
- Expertise in project planning, tracking tools, and risk management frameworks.
