Experience of undertaking GHG measurement and management interventions or energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in MSMEs or planning and implementing skilling programs or capacity building for small businesses, women, or skilled/semi-skilled workers is highly desirable

Willingness to travel to MSME clusters for research and engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts, renewals, SLAs, and licensing agreements with IT vendors.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Projects on negotiation strategies.
• Assess contracts for risks, compliance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Track contract lifecycle and ensure timely renewals.
• Ensure adherence to policies, data security, and legal standards.
• Provide vendor/market intelligence and support IT budgeting.

Requirements

• Graduate in IT/Business/Commerce or related field.
• 14–15 years’ experience in IT procurement, contract negotiation, or vendor management.
• Relevant certifications (CPSM/CTPE); ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT licensing, SaaS, cloud, and SLAs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools.
