- Manage and orchestrate deployments across multiple sandboxes (Dev, SIT, UAT, Staging) leading to production.

Coordination & Communication (30%)
- Chair the weekly Release Readiness and Go/No-Go meetings, presenting a clear view of release scope, risk, and quality to stakeholders.
- Serve as the central point of communication for all release activities, coordinating between Scrum Masters, Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
- Maintain a forward-looking release calendar, managing dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
- Communicate release details, including success metrics, post-deployment issues, and rollback plans.
Technical Execution & Troubleshooting (30%)
- Execute deployments, monitor progress, and troubleshoot deployment failures in AutoRabit , working closely with development teams to resolve conflicts.
- Manage package versioning and dependencies in complex, multi-team environments.
- Implement and manage data deployment scripts as part of the release process, where applicable.
- Continuously monitor and improve the release process by incorporating metrics and feedback.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Tools Experience:
- Must Have: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on, daily experience with AutoRabit in a Release Manager, Senior Administrator, or DevOps Engineer capacity.
- Proven experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, branches, and deployment steps within the tool.
- Salesforce Experience:
- 4+ years of overall experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, metadata (XML), and sandbox strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce setup, change sets, and DevOps best practices.
- Process & Soft Skills:
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream release cycles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
