**Experience:**
+ Experience of 5+ years in Digital, Pharma sourcing or recruitment, ideally in global or high-volume settings

+ Experience sourcing for roles in Data science, data analyst, Data engineering, Machine Learning, Developers, Cloud, Cybersecurity or Digital transformation.
+ Familiarity with global talent markets, especially in Europe and India
+ Ability to assess technical depth using platforms like GitHub, Kaggle or Stack Overflow
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcing Specialist** based in Mumbai to support our recruiting efforts across the globe. This role combines strategic sourcing with recruiting coordination responsibilities including helping the team attract, engage, and onboard top engineering talent efficiently and effectively.
You'll focus on sourcing passive candidates, building pipelines, and assisting in various recruitment coordination tasks such as job postings on social media, background check monitoring, onboarding support, and university relations.
**Responsibilities:**
**Sourcing & Talent Engagement**
+ Build and manage candidate pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
+ Proactively source engineering and technical professionals (e.g., fire protection engineers, nuclear engineers and safety consultants) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and targeted campaigns.
+ Conduct outreach and initial screens to assess qualifications and interest, handing off qualified talent to recruiters for next steps.
+ Support talent mapping and competitive research in key markets.

**Recruitment Coordination**

**Qualifications**

+ Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS, including reporting and dashboard functionality.

* PO Order receipt Confirmation
* Working knowledge of ERP Tools supporting Procurement
* Knowledge of all client specific processes and procedures
* Complete Customer requests for set up of new suppliers including providing applicable information
* Interface with clients and suppliers on supplier and payment issues in conjunction with tactical commodity manager
* Maintain all relevant supplier documentation
* Proficient with reporting/MS Excel to be able to maintain account specific reports and team trackers.
* Ensure Audit readiness of all purchasing documents
* Work with Stakeholders and Management efficiently
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Procurement Sourcing Buyer Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Procurement domain
* Experience in performing duties as Sourcing Buyer for Global Organizations
* The operations buyers will perform activities to Client preferred and IBM sourced vendors
* Good Communication skills
* Contracting knowledge will be a good to have additional skill set
* Comprehensive commercial procurement and client facing or consulting experience
