The Traineeship
This part time 24-month traineeship based in Townsville will set you up for a career working in Allied Health. This traineeship is well suited to somebody that can demonstrate good customer service skills and has a keen interest in administration & supporting medical industries. You will be working with our host business that specialises in Podiatry & lower limb care and working towards a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistant.
The core units of competency for this traineeship include:

- Interpret and apply medical terminology appropriately.

We currently have a newly created 12-month Business traineeship opportunity based in our Gladstone Endeavour Foundation Industries site.
In this traineeship you will learn with one of the largest disability service providers in Australia, Endeavour Foundation whilst completing a Certificate 3 Business. Within Endeavour you will placed with the Endeavour Foundation Industries (EFI) team. This portfolio of Endeavour Foundation operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard, covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging (food, general, pharmaceuticals), Timber products, Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers.
The traineeship will involve learning various aspects of Administration Support ensuring smooth operation of office activities at the site. Additionally, you will be involved on the production line where you will be trained how to assist and guide other team members to help them meet their employment goals, increasing their skills and help deliver exceptional production outcomes.
The traineeship will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Officer who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business.
