**Your role and responsibilities**
A Business Transformation Consultant should have proven experience of 12-15 years and knowledge in the areas of Finance Transformation including (finance process redesign, Finance transformation, Finance Digital transformation, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, F&A SSC, Target Operating Model Design) needed to ensure the successful delivery of consulting services and leading to high client satisfaction. You will have the following responsibilities:
· Work with solutioning & advisory team to source, solution & sales opportunities
· Working with CFO and FP&A teams to understand their requirements
· Work closely with clients' finance and controllership teams to define the ideal finance operating model, optimal finance processes and key controls to be embedded in the processes
· Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective planning and analytics-based solutions, if required

· Prepare and present progress reports, project documentation, and executive summaries to leadership.
Key Performance Indicators
· Project Delivery: % of projects completed on time and within scope.
· Financial Impact: Annual cost savings or revenue gains attributed to completed projects.
· Process Efficiency: Reduction in process cycle time, defect rates, or waste.
· Training & Development: Number of Green Belts trained and certified under mentorship.
· Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback ratings from project sponsors and participants.
· Innovation: Number of new best practices or process innovations implemented
Qualification & Experience requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, management or engineering.
· Experience in business transformation and change management in previous.
· Must have delivered 5 Black Belt level projects in the past
· Good/Strong understanding of Generative AI, predictive ML, and data analytics.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Hybrid setup
· Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory
· Lean Guide Certification is desired
