**Your role and responsibilities**

Position : Manager- Business Transformation

Purpose of the Role :-
We are seeking a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 12-15 years’ experience driving complex, high-value process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical acumen, advanced proficiency in Minitab or JMP, a nd mastery of Excel for data-driven decision-making. They must excel in PowerPoint to create compelling executive presentations and demonstrate expertise in applying rigorous Lean Six Sigma tools, statistical analysis, and change management principles. This role demands a proven track record of delivering measurable results in challenging, cross-functional environments.

Roles & Responsibilities :-
· Lead high-stakes, cross-functional improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma to deliver measurable cost savings, efficiency gains, and strategic impact.
· Apply advanced statistical analysis with tools like Minitab/JMP and expert-level Excel to identify root causes, validate solutions, and guide decision-making.
· Mentor and coach Green Belts and project teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality application of Lean Six Sigma principles.
· Conduct detailed process mapping and gap analysis (AS-IS vs. TO-BE) to uncover inefficiencies, risks (FMEA) and improvement opportunities.
· Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to accelerate problem-solving and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
· Map and optimize customer journeys, integrating digital solutions to enhance performance and experience.
· Drive transformation initiatives from scope definition through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are achieved.
· Audit and monitor implemented processes to ensure sustainability, compliance, and long-term performance.
· Deliver impactful training programs in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement to strengthen organizational capability.
· Identify and implement (with assistance from tech teams) Digital, AI, and ML-enabled interventions to push the
boundaries of process efficiency and innovation.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
· Ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
· Prepare and present progress reports, project documentation, and executive summaries to leadership.

Key Performance Indicators
· Project Delivery: % of projects completed on time and within scope.
· Financial Impact: Annual cost savings or revenue gains attributed to completed projects.
· Process Efficiency: Reduction in process cycle time, defect rates, or waste.
· Training & Development: Number of Green Belts trained and certified under mentorship.
· Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback ratings from project sponsors and participants.
· Innovation: Number of new best practices or process innovations implemented

Qualification & Experience requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, management or engineering.
· Experience in business transformation and change management in previous.
· Must have delivered 5 Black Belt level projects in the past
· Good/Strong understanding of Generative AI, predictive ML, and data analytics.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Hybrid setup
· Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory
· Lean Guide Certification is desired
