**Skills Required:**
+ Strong Experience in Java/J2EE, in particular web services (JAX, REST, Avro) implementations, and well versed with 3-tier architecture /component layer architecture.
+ Strong Experience with Java-RDBMS (Oracle) development.
+ Knowledge of operating Systems - Linux/Unix (SUN/IBM), Windows.
+ Experience with Application servers, web servers - WebLogic, WebSphere.
+ Experience in Spring MVC, Spring Batch and Spring boot and other Spring frameworks
+ Experience with Reporting tools (ISIS Papyrus or O2MS or Quadient Inspire)
+ Awareness of Time weighted Return calculation methodology, Internal Rate of Return calculation methodology is an advantage
+ Experience in delivery and leading motivated Agile team
**Qualifications:**
+ 5 - 8 years of solid work experience in Java (Core Java)
+ 2-5 years of relevant experience with developing, maintaining and supporting Internal Websites, Client Reporting Framework and Services
+ Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
+ Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
+ Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
