- 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance systems analysis roles, preferably in healthcare or corporate environments.
- Functional knowledge of corporate finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
- Experience in defining system requirements and working with IT teams for finance system implementations.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
