- Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams to overcome obstacles and achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years focused on software development projects.
- Proven experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
