Finance Technology team is looking for a Developer to play a key role operating and enhancing the applications used in the procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and report-to-report business processes. Core activities will include end user support, problem management and operational enhancements for multiple applications in multiple geographies. **Pre-Sales** **Support**
+ Performs product demonstrations or Proof of Concepts (POC) experiments at customer or company sites.
+ Prepares and presents seminars/conferences/Workshop to wide array of audiences.
+ Helps support technical training for Sales Representatives and channel partners as appropriate.
+ Collaborates with Sales Representatives to develop technical selling strategies.
+ Keep a close watch on market dynamics to craft and implement strategies to build market proficiency.
+ Participates and plans marketing activities such as- roadshows, tradeshows, vendor shows workshops and symposia to promote Bio-Techne products and technologies

**How will you get here?**
**Education**
+ PhD/MSc. /M. Tech Biotechnology or Biochemistry.
**Experience**
+ Requires minimum 5-10 years of laboratory or related work hands-on technical experience.
+ Experience in Analytical method development, Proteins and Monoclonal Antibody analysis. Experience with Capillary Electrophoresis, Western Blotting, Elisa, and Sub Visible Particle analysis will be an added advantage.
+ Understanding of: Upstream and Downstream process of Biosimilar manufacturing Analytical Method development. Additionally understanding of Empower and Chromeleon Software.
+ Previous experience in a support or training-related position is preferred.
+ Experience in Cell culture, Media Immunoassays, Proteins, Antibodies. Experience with Cell and Gene Therapy will be an added advantage.
+ Understanding of: Upstream and Downstream process of Biosimilar manufacturing Cell Culture

- Act as a bridge between product management teams, clients, and compliance stakeholders to understand agreement needs and priorities.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements specific to agreements-related workflows, tools, and regulatory processes.
- Ensure alignment between institutional agreements and regulatory standards by conducting process reviews and recommending improvements.
- Develop and maintain agreement tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with biosafety and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business units to assess contract feasibility and ensure alignment with institutional policies.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis, feasibility studies, and business cases related to agreements and compliance requirements.
- Provide timely insights to product teams and committees regarding agreement workflows that enhance efficiency for clients.
- Facilitate user testing, focusing on agreements-related system functionality.
- Assist in developing best practices, techniques, and tools for advanced support escalation in agreement-related issues.
- Mentor other Business Analysts by reviewing agreements-related requirements and providing guidance.
- Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, internal reviews, and compliance reporting.
- Train stakeholders on agreements workflows, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies related to agreements.
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Analytical Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific expertise in agreements management.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Excellent organizational, time-management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
+ Comfortable to work in night shift. (5.30 PM - 2.30 AM).
**Preferred:**
+ Familiarity with contract management systems and agreements-related workflow automation tools.
+ Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its implications for agreements processes.
+ Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, Salesforce.
+ Knowledge of Research Administration agreements and compliance procedures.
